Frequently Asked Questions

Which areas do you cover?

We’re based in Winterbourne Abbas, near Dorchester, Dorset. We cover local areas including Dorchester & Weymouth, but we’ll travel further afield to Poole & Wimborne for example. We can work with any area in the UK for jobs that don’t require us to meet in person. These projects can be dealt with via phone & email, and any products purchased will be posted to you.

How do I get started?

Call or email us at any time and we’ll be happy to help. Some projects can be dealt with via phone conversations & emails, but if it’s better that we meet in person we’ll arrange a casual meeting.

Do you have a price list?

No, as each job is different and designed around your exact needs, it’s impossible to have set pricing. We have standard printing prices for business cards & office stationery etc, so please get in touch for more information.

Do you have samples & brochures?

Yes, we have a wide range of samples for our printed products range, brochures for our signage products, and vinyl colour swatches for vehicle graphics. Our website has a lot of information too.

How long will my job take?

It really depends on the particular job, but generally we aim to get initial designs to you within a week. Once artwork has been approved, printed products should be with you within 5-7 working days, and signage, vehicle graphics & workwear within 5-10 working days.

How do you send design proofs?

We will generally email you a JPEG file of your design. For jobs that require checking through the finer details, such as terms & conditions, a PDF proof will be sent so you can zoom in as much as you want and it won’t be blurry. We can send you printed proofs of your designs before they go to print, but this will incur extra costs.

Can I make last minute changes?

Once you’ve agreed to the final design proof we will make the print-ready artwork file and send it to be printed. Any changes made after this time will be charged accordingly.

What are your payment terms?

We generally ask for a 50% down-payment of the total bill prior to work commencing, with the balance due on completion.
