Refunds & Returns
With the exception of hardware, every order we produce is made specifically for the person or business who ordered the goods. Due to the bespoke nature of the order we cannot accept returns, except where goods are faulty or defective.
In cases where goods are defective, the following will apply:
- We reserve the right to rectify defective goods, and will not be liable to refund
- If the goods show signs on use this will be taken as acceptance of the goods and therefore will not be replaced or refunded
- All defective goods are to be returned to us, at our cost, for inspection, and if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, the product will be repaired or re-printed and delivered back to the customer
- If a refund is agreed please allow up to 5 working days to process
Damages
Please make sure you check the goods upon arrival, and if you are unsure at all sign for as damaged. If damages aren’t reported within 48 hours, a claim may not be possible.
In the event of faulty products or damage during delivery, we are able to resupply affected items. Please note that we usually require a photo of any items in question before we can resupply them.
If items delivered have been signed for as received in good condition and arrive damaged during transit, or damaged as a result of opening, mishandling, mistreatment, vandalism, heavy weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control, we are unable to offer reprints, replacements or refunds.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been printed it is possible to cancel your order. However, as soon as your order has been dispatched a cancellation is not possible.
